An original watercolour of Berginia, Helebore and Iris.
I created this piece with specimens from my garden and from the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, I love the combination of the blue iris, with the vibrant red of the back of the berginia in combination with the crisp white of the hellebore, a true spring gathering. I felt so uplifted working on this, the combination of specimens really allowed me to experience the joy of flower painting, I kept the print run really small on this one to keep it precious.
