Prints on display in the Restoration Yard Store, Dalkeith Country Park

Artist Residency at Restoration Yard, Dalkeith Country Park, botanical art prints on wallpapered boards hanging on a stone and brick wall in the Foodhall

A selection of prints will be on display and available to buy at the Restoration Yard curated emporium in Dalkeith Country Park for the duration of July and August 2024, head along for a day out in the park, and into the store to see the display, and to see some of my wallpaper designs featured alongside them. Also please admire the yellow wall, painted for my black and white prints, the genus idea of Sisi Gibreel who organized everything!

Setting up…

Huge thanks so the team for all of their help, we’ve never had help with a set up before it felt very glamourous! Alex and I did a lot of preparation before hand, wallpapering the boards, measuring the hang of the framed pieces, creating a template that we could lay over the wallpaper to get nail placement with no markings on the wallpaper, and then pre-nailing the boards (is that a word?) so that it was just a case of hanging the boards, and then hanging the prints on the pre set up nails!
